45 Cr hot rolled round bars and forged round bars is belongs to alloy round bars . Compared with 40 cr round bars , Its strength, abrasion resistance and harden ability are higher than 40 Cr round bars , its critical hardening can reach to Ф12 ~ 45 in oil and the critical hardening can reach to Ф 26 ~ 71 mm in water ,but the toughness is low;It is mainly used to make some important parts, and it also can be made bearing, various parts of the required high wear resistance, such as gear, sleeve, shaft, pin, etc .

The delivery condition 45 Cr round bar are:hot rolled or forged + Normalizing+Tempering+Quenching and tempering+Normalizing and tempering+Annealing .
The size for 45 Cr round bar which available for our KUNFENG steel are Ф 5-80 for hot rolled round bar and Ф 80-1200 for forged round bar ,the length range is from 3000 to 12000mm.
The tolerance of the diameter is -0/+3mm ,The tolerance of the length is -0/+20mm.and the straightness tolerance is ≤3mm/m
