40CrNi is a alloy quenched and tempered steel. 40CrNi with high strength, high toughness and high hardenability.In the condition of quenched and tempered, comprehensive mechanical performance of 40CrNi is good, good low-temperature impact toughness. 40CrNi a tendency to temper brittleness, water-cooled are prone to crack. 40CrNi cutting workability is good, but the weldability is poor.In the use of quenched and tempered condition.
