A302 Gr. C alloy steel shall be normally supplied in the as-rolled condition. Plates with normalizing may be ordered or stress relieved, or both. A302 Gr. C above 50mm in thickness shall be normalized. The heat treatment includes quenching, normalizing and tempering.
