Kelly Bar

Kelly bar is the motivating part of the drill string ,bearing the weight of the drill string hanging weight.We produce kelly using AISI4145H alloy steel as API specification and implementation of SY / T6509 standards.The materials is formed by forging machine as one piece,and heattreated by the IF or 20 meters overall horizontal resistance furnace in the full-length range to obtain excellent mechanical properties,Kelly bar can be cold thread rolling, copper or phosphate treated.
