The material is a kind of structural alloy steel. 20 cr2ni4a is high quality alloy steel and it has high strength,toughness and hardenability.For steel, there is no direct quenching after carburizing in order to reduce surface residual austenite. 20Ci2Ni4A’s cutting and cold deformation plasticity is general and it has poor weldability.

20 Cr2Ni4A is widely used for large cross-section carburized parts, such as large gear, shaft, and conditioning components requiring high strength, and good toughness.
