17CrNiMo6 alloy steel is a grade at DIN 17120-(86 ) standard ( structural steel grades and mechanical property for forgings) . 17CrNiMo6 can be produced into hot rolled round bars and square bars, cold-drawing bars,forged bars. We henan KUNFENG can supply 17CrNiMo6 all of shapes.

According to the market needs, henan KUNFENG supply the oversea markets for 17CrNiMo6 hot rolled round bars OD 6mm -80 mm and 17CrNiMo6 forged round bars OD 80 mm - 1200 mm, also 17CrNiMo6forged square bars OD 100- 1200 mm. The OD tolerance is about 0-3mm and length tolerance is about 0-20 mm.

17CrNiMo6 round bars are usually produced under the followed procedures: EAF arc furnace + LF purify affinage + VDF + ingot steel(bottom gating /argon) + forged + annealing + black polishing (turnery) + Sep 1921-C/c,D/d,E/e UT test + smooth edges with sawing .
