KUNFENG offer and 40CrMn hot rolled round bar. 40CrMn with high toughness, high hardenability, oil cooling can be completely Φ 150 mm parts hardening. Creep resistance is stability when at 450 °. Impact toughness in low-temperature of 40CrMn is good. Within the range of 450 ~ 550 ℃ tempering with the second category of temper brittleness, forming points tend to be larger. As good hardenability, normalizing and high temperature tempering must be used to reduce the hardness, improving cutting processability. It is common used in quenched and tempered condition.
