37CrNi3 forged steel round bar

KUNFENG offer  and 37CrNi3  hot rolled round bar. 37CrNi3 with high toughness, high hardenability, oil cooling can be completely Φ 150 mm parts hardening. Creep resistance is stability when at 450 °. Impact toughness in low-temperature of 37CrNi3 is good. Within the range of 450 ~ 550 ℃ tempering with the second category of temper brittleness, forming points tend to be larger. As good hardenability, normalizing and high temperature tempering must be used to reduce the hardness, improving cutting processability. It is common used in quenched and tempered condition.
