35CrMo hot rolled round bars and forged round bars

, has a high static strength, impact toughness and high fatigue limit and high harden ability is higher than 40 cr teel, under high temperature ,it has high creep strength and rupture strength, long-term working temperature can reach to 500 ℃;

are mainly used for some important structure under high load, such as vehicle and motor drive; Steam turbine generator rotor, shaft, heavy load of transmission shaft and some parts with large area.

35CrMo round bar delivery condition: hot rolled or forged + Normalizing+Tempering+Quenching and tempering+Normalizing and tempering+Annealing .
The size which available for our KUNFENG steel are Ф 5-80 for hot rolled round bar and Ф 80-1200 for forged round bar ,the length range is from 3000 to 12000mm.
The tolerance of the diameter is -0/+3mm ,The tolerance of the length is -0/+20mm.and the straightness tolerance is ≤3mm/m
surface delivery status: black/polishing/turning
The UT standard what we can do are Chinese standard of GB/T 6402 I.II,III and export standard SEP1921 CLASS C/C，D/D，E/E.
