JIS G4053 SCM435 steel is an alloy structural steel. It has high static strength, impact toughness and high fatigue limit and its hardenability is higher than 40Cr. It has high creep strength and endurance under high temperature, and the long-term working temperature can reach 500 ℃ which is suitable for power plants; it has medium plasticity and poor welding in cold deformation.
