30Cr hot rolled and forged round bar

is alloy structural steel under the standard of GB/T 3077-1999. Compared with 30 steel, 30Cr has high strength and harden ability, in oil critical hardening in oil can reach to 8 ~ 34 mm in diameter and critical quenching in water can reach to 19 ~ 56 mm in diameter. The 30cr round bar’s cold deformation plasticity and weldability is medium, After do high temperature tempering or annealing ,it has good machinability. 30Cr hot rolled and forged round bar is often used in the quenched and tempered state, it also can be used after normalizing, it is used in the manufacture of the wear and friction conditions or work under impact load of the important parts, such as leveraged, rocker shaft, shaft, balance, connecting rod, bolts, nuts, and all kinds of roller gear, etc.
The delivery condition 30Cr round bar are:hot rolled or forged + Normalizing+Tempering+Quenching and tempering+Normalizing and tempering+Annealing .
The size for 30Cr round bars which available for our KUNFENG steel are Ф 5-80 for hot rolled round bar and Ф 80-1200 for forged round bar ,the length range is from 3000 to 12000mm.
The tolerance of the diameter is -0/+3mm ,The tolerance of the length is -0/+20mm.and the straightness tolerance is ≤3mm/m
Surface delivery status: black/polishing/turning
UT standard are Chinese standard of GB/T 6402 I,II,III and export standard SEP1921 CLASS C/C，D/D，E/E.
