20Cr hot rolled and forged round bar is belong to Low harden ability carburizing steel under the standard of GB/T 3077-1999.
20Cr hot rolled and forged round bar has better weldability.Compared with 15 Cr hot rolled and forged round bar,it has higher strength and harden ability, 20Cr hot rolled and forged round bars are mainly use for Transmission gear, gear shaft, CAM, worm, piston pin, claw clutch.For some parts which have a small deformation and high abrasion resistance.

Size : Ф 5-80 for hot rolled round bar and Ф 80-1200 for forged round bar ,the length range is from 3000 to 12000mm.
Diameter: -0/+3mm ,The tolerance of the length is -0/+20mm.and the straightness tolerance is ≤3mm/m
Surface delivery status: black/polishing/turning
Standard: GB/T 6402 I.II,III and export standard SEP1921 CLASS C/C，D/D，E/E.
